Shipping & Delivery Policy

1   Introduction

We operate Parcel Force 48 Delivery Service within UK Mainland only. Please note: this is NEVER guaranteed.

  • Order by Midday Monday to Wednesday for 48 hour delivery. If ordered before Midday Friday you will receive the order the coming Tuesday. If you order after Midday Friday, the order will arrive on the coming Wednesday.

48 hour courier delivery:

  • There is NO guarantee the delivery will be next day. Although every order is booked in on a 48 hour delivery service there can sometimes be delays.
  • Deliveries are delivered by close of business which means delivery by 5.30pm. However, during busy periods, these delivery times may differ slightly.
  • Deliveries are available from Monday to Friday. We are unable to deliver orders on a Sunday or Bank Holidays.
  • Our 48 hour courier deliveries are only available to UK mainland addresses. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
  • If no-one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will normally follow any delivery instructions provided, leave the order securely or with a neighbour and leave a delivery card stating the item's location. In the event that they are unable to leave the order securely, the driver will return the item(s) to their local depot and leave a delivery card . The recipient can then collect the order from the courier's local delivery depot.
  • If your order weighs more than 30kg or equates to multiple boxes we may have to give a surcharge for delivery but we will always contact you beforehand to agree a price before sending unless it is under or equal to £5 GBP.

If you order a large glass order, the order may need to be sent via a pallet courier service at an extra charge. We will contact you before hand to go through any added costings.

Returns Policy

1    Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

We have created this 7-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales/irrespective of your geographical location.

2    Returns

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

a    we receive the returned product within 7 days following the date of purchase of the product;    

b    the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

c    you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and

d    none of the exclusions set out below apply.

3    Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

4    Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

a    any product made to your specification;

b    any product made to order.

5    Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the costs of returning the product to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product.

We will not refund delivery charges.

6    Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:

a    we will not refund or exchange the product;

b    we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

c    if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
